Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a free return and a full refund to your original payment method (or a free replacement if you prefer)

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement promptly.
