How To use Oil Pulling
In the morning, swish 1 teaspoon of Gentle Green Oil Pulling for 2–5 minutes.
At night, swish 1 teaspoon of Brilliant Black Oil Pulling for another 2–5 minutes.
Spit oil into the trash (never the sink). Rinsing is optional.
Use daily for best results. One bottle lasts 4–6 weeks.

Honestly, I was skeptical about oil pulling. I thought I'll buy it and probably use it once or twice. But this stuff is addictive. My gums used to bleed every day no matter how much I flossed. I love this oil pulling bundle! I was skeptical at first with the instruction to brush my teeth first because with other oil pulling I always pulled first and definitely wanted to brush my teeth afterwards but with this the consistency is perfect and my mouth just feels fresh and clean! Tried other oils I got recommended by my Ayurvedic specialist but made me gag after 2/3 minutes. These are the only oils that make me swish for a long. So an easy, fresh mint taste.

I struggle with stained teeth and cavities, it seemed no matter what I used and how often nothing worked. I came across a tik tok where this lady recommended them and I also saw good reviews. love both oils
These oils are great for gums, and teeth. The bottle is smaller than it appears in the picture. I wish the product is more affordable and that come in larger family sizes.
Great for seniors with dry mouth and gum issues
I've purchased these for my mother as had issues with dry mouth and tender gums. With just a week of regular use, her gums are not sensitive and she does not have a dry mouth. I mean it's pretty impressive. Today I'm getting both oils for myself.

Obsessed
I have been using black oil for almost a year now, and once they had a sale over the holidays, I placed my order to try the green version too. This new oil is very lightweight compared to black oil. Oil is easy to swish, has a light mint taste, and light green color. I'm so excited that contains nHAP, as I use toothpaste with this mineral as well. nHAP is great to protect enamel and reduce sensitivity. I will buy it again
Power duo
I use oil pulling and tongue scraper for daily detox. And YES black oil will whiten your teeth. So I've decided to try a green one too since it's new and has neem and hydroxy. Everyone should do their research on hydroxy, it's the best ingredient for your tooth enamel if used daily and not rinsed with water. So great job Terra on developing this product.

I use green oil in the morning and black at night, it whitens my teeth but without sensitivity issues, I believe it's hydroxyapatite
