Terra & Co offers free domestic shipping on all dental product orders over $75. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once they are enroute. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, which will include your order number. If there is a concern about your order, please reach out to us at hello@terraandco.com.

Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@terraandco.com if the item you received is defective, damaged or the wrong item ordered.
