Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic ritual: you swish a teaspoon of oil around your mouth, then spit it out. It helps reduce odor-causing bacteria and freshen breath, and works alongside brushing and flossing, not instead of them.
Neem, moringa, hemp seed and coconut oils with hydroxyapatite and mint, in a 6.75 oz glass bottle.
Only trace amounts: less than 3 parts per million (0.0003%), far below legal limits. It has no psychoactive effect.
Once a day, ideally in the morning: brush first, then swish one teaspoon for one minute. Spit it into the trash (not the sink). Finish with floss and a tongue scraper if you like.
About 5–6 weeks at one teaspoon a day.

This product was so different than anything I've tried before. I feel as though the oil really helped keep my breath fresh after oil pulling for 10 minutes it helped keep my breath fresh for most of the morning. I feel like it really did help my teeth feel better. This is definitely something that I'm going to keep up in 2026.

I was very impressed with the Gentle Green Oil Pulling. This is my first time really using this on a constant basis and I have to say; I most definitely will be keeping this in my routine. I did notice after only about 1 maybe 2 weeks a true difference in my oral care and with regular brushing and flossing my teeth and mouth feel even cleaner.

The Terra and Co. Mouthwash is good because it has many benefits like it's designed for sensitive teeth, promotes saliva production, and whitening teeth just to name a few. What i like most is that it leaves my mouth feeling g fresh and minty but most of all is that its vegan.

I love the Gentile Green Oil pull and mouthwash. It’s easy to use and I love that you can get all the benefits of oil pulling in as little as 5 minutes. It’s some of the cheapest toothpaste that does more than regular toothpaste!
The product is okay, however if you sign up for a subscription, watch out! They have successfully hidden the manage my subscription button, so if you would like to delay or cancel your next shipment there is no way to do that! I want the flexibility to time my next order, not have it shoved down my throat. I was shipped product and not even ready for it, with zero warning.
